We are a West London based bakery specialising in French Choux. All of our choux are made fresh daily by a small team of passionate pastry chefs.
Luxury in a a few bites
As light as air- each bun is individually topped with a dark sugar craquelin before it is baked encasing the pastry and creating a crisp texture. It is then filled with a luxurious filling and topped with a chocolate, meringue or sweet fondant decoration.
Our cookies are soft and fudgy in the centre and lightly crisp on the outside. We use only the finest French butter and Valrhona chocolate. We have spent a lot of time testing, tasting (someone's gotta do it!) and tweaking to find the perfect balance between the crisp outer texture and the soft fudgy middle.
